Interview with a recruiter followed by a practical assessment where you had to create and edit USMLE practice questions within 4 hours. This was overall interesting. They then replied with edits to incorporate. This took another longer chunk of time. Unfortunately, I was not offered the position and not offered feedback on my performance. Overall it was disappointing to put in so much effort without ever getting the the chance to talk with anyone on the team outside of one HR rep.
