I was contacted by the TA Consultant to be screened for the position and asked to answer and return responses to 13 essay questions before interviewing. I was hesitant but thought due to competitiveness companies are heightening their screening process.
I sent the responses and never heard a single word, not we decided to move forward with other applicants, the position is filled/closed or anything. No update whatsoever.
If the person is alive, well and still working at the company there is no reason to disregard someone's time and effort in this way without the courtesy of a response.
I'm like, were these research questions to get information from other professionals for your own benefit?
So unprofessional, inconsiderate, disrespectful and a horrible representation for the company.
