Interview
First, phone interviews, generally screening questions and describing the interview process. Second, a video interview with an engineer, some technical questions about being up-to-date with the latest server hardware, and server deployment questions, Third, an in-person interview with engineers, then a final interview with the CEO of the company. Did not make it to the final two, so cannot provide information.

Are you aware of the latest CPU/GPUs from major manufacturers?
Do you want to become someone who talks to customers to discuss system specifications, or do you want to do mainly configuration and testing of the systems?
Recruiter Screen, Call with Director and Senior Engineers. A bit unprofessional for me, as it took at least 10-15min for them to get set up, and I felt as though they were belittling me

Interview
On site interview with two to three managers. Pretty basic questions regarding resume, and a few conceptual and structural questions. Straightforward. A short intro to the company as well as what my role are going to be like.
