I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ALTEN (Rome) in Dec 2015
Interview
The first part of the interview was about the thesis activity, followed by a more detailed explanation of the involved skills. We then talked about their customers and their open job positions. The first meeting is always followed by a direct meeting with the employer customer. The entire interview process took about one hour and half, and it was very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALTEN (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2016
Interview
I first got a phone interview with one of Alten's recruiters where she asked a few quick questions about my availability and academic background. Then, I got a live interview at their offices with another recruiter who described the company and how their contracts work, before meeting their account director who asked a few more questions linked with the particular contract I was applying for, with a couple basic interview trick questions.
