Interview
I was directly contacted by a recruiter of ALTEN for an interview. The recruiting process is articulated in three/four interviews. The first one is an introductory talk. The company is introduced to the candidate, and the recruiting process explained. A consultant in ALTEN can be hired for a specific project or as an internal resource. The two/three interviews following would be with the responsible of the geographical region, and with the responsible of the project respectively.

Question 1
The most important question I asked is what kind of project would I have worked on, but as from the description of the recruiting process, this is explained during later stages.
The most important questions I was asked were about: willingness to relocate, to learn French, and why do I want to work for ALTEN.
Colloquio conoscitivo sostenuto telefonicamente. Mi è stato chiesto il mio background accademico e lavoratovivo e mi è stato chiesto a quali posizioni e settori fossi interessato, oltre che la disponibilità alla mobilità territoriale.
Processus long, il y a eu un oubli de ma candidature et pas de projet apparent au cours des processus de l’entretien. A éviter de mon point de vue. Mais sinon un bon comportement lors des entretiens

Interview
The first round interview on teams, I have to introduce myself and talking about my working experience.
Then the interviewer will introduce what their business doing and the requirement of interviewee.
