I got 5 steps of 6 of the interview process over 6 months and no one answer my e-mails if I was approved for the next step. After 2 rejected e-mails, I really felt disrespected and waste time with this unprofessional company.

In general, the job description does not fit with most of the questions
The interview was simple with two rounds. I also was kept in the loop with when I would hear back from HR. Additionally, the interview was with multiple leadership roles. I meshed really well with 1 and to this day it was one of the most talkative interviews I’ve ever had

They asked me to reciprocate older information within my resume that was not as top of mind
Tre step di colloquio, prima con hr( colloquio conosictivo), poi con manager( colloquio trcnico) e poi con manager e director. Non è stato necessario uno step in presenza. Successivamente ho ricevuto l'offerta economica.
