Was headhunted for this position, yet the overall experience was highly unprofessional from start to finish.
The first interview was with HR.
Red flags were immediately raised when unprofessional language was used including comments along the lines of "We don't babysit anyone."
The second interview involved the hiring team. Mid-interview, a webcam was abruptly switched off without explanation, creating confusion and a hostile atmosphere.
Interview technique was extremely aggressive and one-sided, only until it was 1 minute left on the scheduled hour, I was asked "time is running out, do you have any questions?"
Despite being told I would hear back after the interview, I was completely ghosted, no follow-up, no rejection, nothing.
One wonders whether senior leadership at Alpiq is aware of how prospective employees are being treated during the hiring process.
