The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had a phone interview with the Director of People Operations. It went well and by the end of the day, I received an invitation for a video interview with the Director of Provider Services and the Customer Success Team Lead. That interview went really well and by end of day I received an invite for a video interview with the Head of Customer Success. That interview felt more like a rapid fire question and answer session. Not very personable or conversational, but I felt like it went well regardless. I was told that the next, and final, interview would be with the CEO but I never heard another word from the company.
I followed up twice with the Director of People Operations and she did not respond to my emails. I am fine with the fact that the Head of Customer Success decided that I shouldn't move on in the process. It happens. What I think was very unprofessional is that no one said a word.
I was ghosted after three interviews.
I've done plenty of hiring myself and I know that there is an automated email that they could have sent from their HCM platform that literally would have taken 30 seconds of their time. Or they could have responded to either one of my emails and let me know.
I'm just putting this out there so other people are aware of their hiring/interview practice.
