ALLETE interview questions

First was a telephone interview, second was a 5 person interview at the power plant. Which included the plant manager, operations superintendent, fuels lead, Production Coordinator, Maintenance Mechanic which they asked questions one at a time. 10 questions covering safety, past education, past experience, and general power plant operation and some what if questions.

I got an interview call 2 months after I applied online. It was an HR interview for 30 minutes then after a month I got confirmation of my selection as an intern. I was again interviewed for 30 minutes before they gave me my offer letter. All interviews were through Skype.
