Leading up to the interview I took a series of phone calls. The phone interview went great. I was then scheduled for an in person interview. I showed up for my interview 10 minutes early. I was placed in a room where I was told to wait for the person to interview me. I sat in there alone for twenty minutes or so. My interviewer came in wearing a golf polo and a snapback hat that was on backwards. I was in a suit, I don't know if it was casual Friday, but the whole environment seemed off. I could get the demeanor that my interviewer didn't even want to be there. As if he had something better to do on a sunny casual Friday. Worst interview experience by far.

Efficient. A few rounds. All nice people to speak with who seem to care about the conversation. There was no point in which I was left waiting for response that didn’t seem reasonable, unlike many other companies. Ultimately received an offer but declined due to more competitive remote flexibility I saw at all other sales and recruiting firms. Their model Seems very outdated
