I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Columbia, SC) in Jan 2016
Interview
Received a email from a district manager asking for a interview arrived on time dressed nice. The interview consisted of a few questions about my experience the job requirements etc. It wasn't a professional interview as the district manager was on his phone basically for the whole time and then associates kept coming in and out of his office. This was rude to me as they could of waited. I was excited about this job when I first arrived and the District manager seemed really interested in me as I had perfect experience to be a great candidate for this company said by his own words but it was unprofessional and rude. He continued the interview with both the two associates inside his office I asked some questions and he told me if they were interested I would receive a call within a week. It's been a week so I doubt I got this job but I'm cool with that.
The interview process was easy. We did a tour around the store and then we each did five minute interviews. It was very simple and quick, would highly recommend applying to aldi

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
First interview was quick and brief, very friendly. Second interview was more of a one on one and I loved the DM. Third interview went okay but way more serious. Last interview was just signing paperwork and going to take the drug test. Have orientation tomorrow so let's see how that goes..
