I applied through the on-campus recruiting center at UNC. I was invited to a pre-night dinner before the first interview the next day where they talked about the company, the job, compensation, etc. and opened up for questions. A week later, I was notified about a second interview at the HQ in Salisbury, NC and I had to complete an online personality-type test before the interview. The first half of the day consisted of a warehouse tour and an interview with the VP and a director of operations and then there was a lunch break and a store tour. After that, we got to go (plus they reimbursed for gas!). About a week later I heard about a third interview where I drove to a store in Greensboro and walked through a day in the life of a DM. At this point, they had already asked where I wanted to train for the job. I received a contingent offer about a week later and accepted the official offer week after that.

First round interview was s video interview with each question having a prerecorded question, then 30 seconds of prep time to answer the question with about 2 minutes of time. You sit at a device of your choosing and stare at yourself the entire time.
