The interview process what not difficult. Filled out application online. Came for a group interview. Walked around the store to understand all job responsibilities and what a day to day would entail. Very knowledgable.
There was a three-step interview process
A group interview, an individual, and a final interview with the district manager. There was roughly a 2-week period between each step. The process took a while, but everyone who interviewed me was very friendly.
Interview process went very smoothly. Within a week or two I heard from the store manager to scheduled the interview. After my interview with the store manager I spoke to the district manager and was offered a position shortly after that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Chesterfield, MO) in Aug 2025
Interview
Super quick- said it was a group interview but it was just me and one other person and we were called in individually by the manager for about 5-10 minutes. Asked very basic questions, about 5. asked if I had any questions and then told me they'd let me know by the end of the week.
