The interview process for an internship position I was up for was a really positive experience. Communication was quick and swift through the entire process and the interviewers were very friendly. Expect the typical set of interview questions with a skew also to get to know you more personally. There's a great culture in Aldi in the Chicagoland area and they work to maintain that.
