Very poor interview, the manager in Egypt team lacked knowledge, anyway i got accepted then they disappeared for a month, later they asked me to prepare my paper and resign couple days later, they informed me that they postponed the hiring, thank god I didn't resign, late they reached out again but I said no, they're unprofessional, and carless, also the manager in Cairo office discriminates by gender, he set one office for females and another for males, no mixed offices, when we talked about my role as a manager he asked me to communicate with the females only, not the males, which was very weird, how not to communicate to half of you team, how to manage them, as I mentioned very poor managerial skill or no managerial skills at all.
