The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interviewer are friendly and tell you to take it easy. A lot of mental math and probability within the process. Be prepared in mental math before can save you a lot of time. There are questions to measure your personality. Feel like they are looking for organized people who understand what trader should do. Overall a positive experience.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
