First round consisted of mental math questions + personality test
Second round was a phone screen by a current employee of Akuna and consisted of a few questions about motivations of working at Akuna and some maths questions.
Final round consisted of an interview with the recruiter followed by two separate interviews with a trader. The first interview was with a junior trader and the final interview was with a senior trader. All of these interviews were held back to back. Question 1
If I gave you 10 million dollars and you had to pay me back after 10 years only if you had more than 10 million after, what would you do with it?

The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
