The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interview
5 rounds of interview starting with a mental math test and series test. The second round was a behavioral test with 185 questions. The third round was one sided interview with 4 questions and the 4th round was phone interview with the trader. Fifth round is the final round at their office in Chicago.

There were some 2-digit number multiplication, angle between the clock hands and some probability questions.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
