Interview
Was headhunted by the CEO and asked to go in for a chat with him and the MD. All seemed normal, the offices are nice and the conversation was what I would have expected. However, it appears to have just been an exercise in idea mining, which I'd suspected as reviews had said some candidates were ghosted. Yes, actually ghosted like a bad boyfriend! And this is what happened. A month later and I'm still waiting for a response. Luckily I was prepared and only spoke about obvious things in the initial meeting - I was saving the good stuff. I was right to it seems! Not what you'd expect from a professional company. So beware, especially if you are called in out of the blue. I spent time researching and went to visit them; the least they could have done is to contact me to say they've changed their minds. Like grown-ups. Really not sure why they kept me on tenterhooks with no intention of offering me anything. Was tempted to chase again just to hear the excuse this time!

Interview
Headhunted me on LinkedIn, they seemed eager to come in and meet them. Came across really nice to get me in, wanted to know a lot of information on my current company and clients I work with. Said it would be a casual chat which it was, then they said they would let me know, I never heard from them again, not even to tell me I wasn’t successful.

Interview
Phone interview with one of the team, was quite relaxed and a generalised chat asking general interview questions. Said at the end that they would talk to the director but said he was ill so they would get back to me never heard back so quite unprofessional
