AIST interview questions

The interview was conducted with a total of four people: myself, the research institute director, and two deputy research institute directors. The interview time was approximately 15 minutes.　The atmosphere of the interview was relaxed and there was no tension.

For a part-time researcher job, the interview went smoothly and respectfully. Though, for a tenure position there were 3 interviews, which is normal therefore expected, the only down side is that before the last interview I received undirected questions about my age, my gender, gender roles, marital status. So sadly it felt like I was already rejected before the last interview for a *(maybe cultural) misconception that women are expected to leave work to bear kids.
