After you go on a job interview, all your friends ask you the same question: “How was your interview?” And you’ll tell them. But in reality, you have no idea how you did. Every year, my search firm schedules almost a thousand people for an interview. And we long ago realized that most candidates have a very hard time accurately judging how the interview went.
