I had first interview thru zoom, It was quick and on point ( work history, did i ever lost client, how did you respond to it, ... basic interview questions) , mostly they want to see how professional are you. Second interview was with massage therapy manager, it was about 30 min talk and practical.

My personal experience entailed driving through a blizzard in the evening to start; and, the overall interview was quite easy. Mangement is simply looking a for a massage experience, pleasant attitudes, and a little flexibility based on their need on time slots during the week. Personally, I work Sunday, Monday, and Thursdays every week (as was set at the interview), so my week is open for whatever else I need to do. The practical massage is only about 30min long, so there isn't a huge need to panic as long as you have basic techniques. You will be trained on their rituals after employment. The management is also very kind and upbeat!
