AIR MILES Associate Manager, Ecommerce interview questions

Received an email and a call from a recruiter about 3 months after job was posted. Did initial screening and made it to second round of interview with Hiring Manager. Hiring Manager was easy to interview with and he had mentioned a couple of times that I was fit for the role. But in the end I received an email from recruiter that he decided to promote internally.
