Overall process was smooth and took about 1-2 weeks.
There's a few rounds of interview (HR, Manager, teammembers). They will initially email you and will either do a virtual or in-person (pre pandemic) interview(s).
Overall experience was nice and culture is great amongst the different teams.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIR MILES (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2021
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, then with hiring manager and then with svp. Very friendly team but I think the interview process could be more effective and shorter. Seem like a great culture overall

What do you know about loyalty marketing, what does air miles do
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIR MILES (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2019
Interview
For the interview process, I first had a phone screening with HR, online skills tests, in-person interview with Director and then with the roles immediate Manager. The final step was a case study, which was quite timely and leads me to believe they were using candidates ideas to utilize into their own marketing plans, which is ridiculous. The HR professional I was in contact with was one of the most unprofessional people I have had to encounter for an interview process, which is outrageous considering the size and establishment of LoyaltyOne. After I completed the case study, I had to follow up with her on 3 separate occasions over two weeks to receive a simple yes, just to confirm the case study was received. Additionally, I was given no feedback until I prompted her and after a long interview process (I can understand not being contacted after a phone interview, but that was not the situation here). When she did offer to give me feedback, she kept providing me with days to arrange a call and I gave her time she could contact me twice - both of which she never followed up to confirm after the days had past, which is ridiculous as well because perhaps give the candidate time slots if you have such a busy schedule. Overall this company appears to be disorganized and unprofessional, which honestly their rating here is an honest reflection of that. Remember HR is the first impression any candidate has of your company, so it is important they are a reflection of the culture you want people to perceive your organization as having.
