Se dividió en tres etapas: HR, HR + Head, Director + Head. Importante saber de la industria y marcas involucradas, pensamiento estratégico del negocio. Entrevista difícil, pero estilo conversacional. Es importante ir preparado, investigar sobre la empresa y saber expresarte y contar tu historia.

First I made a test for a 30 sec Ad of a brand + a quick presentation of the creative process. It took me around 3 days. After that I continued in the selection process and had an interview with HR + Creative Director. It went smoothly. Over a month later I still had no response on their part, so I nudged them to find out that they had continued with other candidates.
