Initial email to answer several questions in a few paragraphs. 2 stage interview each had 1 person. Fairly straight forward. I was told I'd hear back quickly as they wanted to fill role fast. Then nothing, no response, no update, despite emailing to chase. Found out the role was filled on LinkedIn.
