It was a very quick and nice interview. There were not many complicated questions asked - the majority were behavioural questions. It did not last very long, however, i had to wait for response for quite some time and i have accepted another officer, while waiting.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AIG (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2011
Interview
Round one, a small team of managers taking turns asking questions for about an hour. Then the second round was one on one with the head of the department for another hour, asking similar questions. Most questions are geared toward trying to determine if you can carry the tremendous workload and whether or not you will make trouble by exposing/complaining about the company's culture of managerial dysfunction. How malleable are you, how much can they bend you before you break.

Question 1
Why would you want to choose to work in claims versus litigation?
Applied online. Received request for phone interview and then an in-person interview was scheduled. The process was organized and "corporate" as you might expect with a company like AIG.
