      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIG in Mar 2015

      Interview

      It has 3 round interviews. 3 interview are all phone calls. The first round is from HR and ask normal questions. After 1 week, I get second round interview email. The second round is from department manager. He doesn't ask many questions, just talk about the department and their whole year work. The third round is from senior manager and ask many normal qustions and former work experience.
