I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AIG (Bogota, Cundinamarca) in Aug 2021
Interview
The process was long and unprofitable, common questions and interviewer looks pretty uncomfortable when addressing someone with way more experience. Technical background check was reviewed by someone who is not technical so I was kind of teaching more than showing and telling. Short story I did accept the job offer, I send all documents and they call my current employer to check if I was working there while I didn't have told anything there as there was no signed contract in AIG. Very unprofessional and mostly disappointed that after confirming the background check they withdraw the offer and never apology or give a reason for doing that.
