Worst i've experienced in over 20 years. Over 2 months, (3) interviews and never followup, despite the 'executive' recruiter (delegating to a scheduler) who never knew anything about the position or decision makers. Gave up on my last followup (2 VM's and multiple emails)

Question 1
All 101 questions. Odd one was "Why would you want to work at AIG"? Now my response would be if your work processes./environment is like your HR/Recruiters, i don't.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AIG in May 2017
Interview
In person informal interviews with hiring manager as a screening interview and then peers. Often asked the same question as not structured. Overall gave me good idea of the challenges and environment.

Question 1
Tell me one thing that you love about your current role
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was arranged by an internal referral from a colleague and was more informational in nature. The interview did result in a few recommendations of people to speak with, which I'll follow up on. Overall, it was an ok experience, though the person I met with didn't end up having many opportunities in their group. In general, positions are tougher to find within AIG right now with the firm-wide expense reduction targets.
