Personal, Leadership, Organizational and Strategic Scopes are tested. Once Interview passed, It will be proceeding to Vote of Confidence from Plenary. Candidate must reach 2/3 of the Vote in order for Candidate to be elected as LCP.

2) Speech: performance, where you demonstrate your strategies, tactics etc
3) Q&A: Full members set questions about direction, strategies and future of LC
4) Review: is a deep interview with a candidate, where the council asks about personal things
