AGC Biologics interview questions

Very casual, a panel interview with the team, one interview with the manager and one with director. Some technical questions were asked, but most questions were about my about interpersonal skills.

Only one round. Talked in general about experiences, skills (technical and non technical) and situations and how I would approach them (more stakeholder management). For the technical part questions where about excel (small case where I was asked to use excel and they were looking and they cared als about power bi).
