      Executive Assistant Interview

      10 Feb 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dublin, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AEye (Dublin, CA) in Dec 2021

      Interview

I applied well over 6+ months prior to getting a call back. I had a 30 minute call with the recruiter. Next day I had a 45 minute call with HR. Followed by an interview with two executives (1 hour each). These interviews occurred during the holidays. Those interviews went well and a final interview was scheduled. The last interview was set and supposed to be with a C-level executive. On New Year’s Eve; I show up to the Zoom interview, at the designated interview time. I reach out via email to HR and the C-level executive to confirm I am in the video call. After the interview time comes and goes I realize for the first time ever, I have been ghosted. Hours later I get two generic emails saying they are not interested. After knowing what I know now and having gone through the interview process, I would never accept an offer to work here.
