Interview
On slack. Very quick. Basic questions about marketing and my work style which is pretty standard for initial interviews. After that they asked me to write an article about the future of marketing.
I'm pretty sure the person who was interviewing me on slack was a fake profile to give the impression of the owner having an assistant. I think this interview was by the owner in reality.

Interview
There were several tests, chat interviews, call interviews, conference calls with the CEO and writing exams. It was a fairly challenging process. They also did a personality test to see if I would fit with the company culture.
