-Written exercise e.g. letter of complaint, someone you admire, story etc (many choices)
-Technical exercise e.g. planning routes for highways and railway
-2 man interview asking about the technical question and competency questions
-tour of office
-Friendly chat with current graduates about what they do on a day to day basis

Describe a time when you encountered difficulty and required assistance? What did you learn from it?

Interview
2 part interview, first given a fictional map and asked how I would propose transportation links to connect the towns/ villages shown. Second part was just standard competency based questions like "describe a time when you took the initiative" and things like that.
