Interview
There was a phone screening interview first with the HR person. The second interview was in the office, with 3 people [Senior Business Managers and HR]. The interview process was a typical behaviourial interview asking about past experiences, goals and weaknesses. The questions alternated between easy and difficult questions. Probing questions about more details on a certain circumstance was asked as well.

Interview
Phone interview, followed by in person interview. It was a group interviewing me - hiring manager, recruiter, and Program Director as well. I had to travel to a different city for the final interview which was all on my own dime.
