Two rounds of interviews. The first was a computer based interview done from home. One part was recording responses on webcam to about five different interview questions. The second part was written and asked basic information about my background. The second round of interviews was held at the location of the position. .
It wasn't really an interview as I was headhunted to work for the company. Meeting my team members before I started working was a nice perk. I enjoyed seeing the office before starting.

Interview
I had a phone interview, and it was a good experience. I talked to three people at once and everybody was very nice. They asked about my qualifications and a little bit about my life goals as well, but allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions too.
Two hour interview with six employees over three rounds. The interviewers were very welcoming and gave me both the pros and cons in working for AECOM. Neither materials nor a presentation were required. Bringing a few examples of work were good points of discussion and appreciated.
