Quick, easy interview. Asked mostly about work ethic and values, etc. pretty simple process with easy questions. Casual, interviewed by project manager and outreach colrdinators. Multiple Interviews were conducted. Pretty easy.

Round robin interview lasting about 25 minutes each. Asked about my previous work experiences and what I expect to get from this position. Followed up with characteristic cards where I had to split the deck in half until I was down to 10 characteristics that showed what I valued.

Was referred by a colleague. Received an email to set up a phone interview, followed by an in-perosn interview. Ver friendly, the phone interview was more of a get to know you, while the in-person was more in depth. Nothing too tricky/difficult, want to see your reasoning for choosing the particular field/industry.
