Interview
The total process consisted of three interviews. Initial with Human Resources over the phone. Followed up with team mangers over video. Third interview was with director of department over video.

Questions were sitiuational based. i.e: Describe a time how your project got off track and what did you do to rectify it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADT (Boca Raton, FL)
Interview
Very casual. The interviewer seemed relaxed and didn't ask any very difficult questions, mostly just generic behavioral/fit questions. The hiring manager also checked in and made sure that the process went smoothly.
Easy process for interview and easy to understand the position description. Recruiter was able To answer all my questions. Benefits and posible salary in the position at that location and options for Other locations as well
