recruiter: phone screen. then manager phone interview. then in-person. went to interview and after waiting 20 minutes was informed the manager would not be able to see me. Manager lied to recruiter and said I was late, therefore she had to re-schedule. Very unprofessional.

Fast and to the point. Basically letting you know that after a brief training period you're 100% commission with no base pay. I wouldn't recommend this job if you need any sort of consistent income.

Conversational, asked them about work life balance and mentioned you work until 5pm and could definitely make over $100k. That was definitely not the case with customer care scheduling appointments past 5pm and managers having you cold call people after 7pm

They are very straight forward and detailed in what the position requires. The managers are informative and very open to your questions. They also leave you with personal info to follow up incase you forgot to ask any questions
