I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADT (Norcross, GA) in May 2011
Interview
Through a combination of recruiter emails and telephone calls a selection was made. That totalled about a week. Then met with a recently promoted manager to speak about the sales role. He was much more interested in asking questions about my home life and my goals than about the job at hand. He left me in an office for about ten minutes and returned with a hiring package, I signed and started the following week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asking if I had trouble driving defensively since the main part of the job would be daily travel.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADT (College Station, TX)
Interview
Went through 2 interviews and it seemed pretty nice. First one was with the sales manager who created his team and the next was with his boss. Pretty laid back questions and easy to get through.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at ADT (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
Interviewer was very pleasant and quick. The questions asked we're pretty standard and he was very easy to talk to. The salary offered simply didn't match what the ad said. 300 a week is waaaaaaay below the poverty level!
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADT (Atlanta, GA) in May 2018
Interview
interviewer lacked attention to interviewee, the office was very small and not private. However team seemed ready to help new members with future sales. If sales is your thing I would strongly urge to apply.
