Generally, the interview is friendly, and most of the questions are about the profession. The interviewer was a middle-aged lady and the interview was in Cantonese Chinese. I feel that they are more willing to hire a person who has some project management experience as she mentioned that they need to communicate with the government that the interviewee should have a good communication ability.
