It was very laid back and easy going. The dialogue was casual and more conversational, which I appreciated. More interested in your hands-on practical experience that educational studies. Everyone greeted me and were very cordial.

They asked for the definition of commonly known marketing terms, but had their own spin on the answer. As a new graduate, I gave the textbook definition not some evolved version.

The process was e-mails back and forth followed by a Phone interview. Lasted about 30 minutes on the phone. Pretty basic questions. They did a great job with preliminary screening. Provided a clear path to success
