ADAM Fabrication interview questions

I applied online. They sent me an email which contains information about company and some of questions for me. They asked me to answer the questions to save both of our times to understand if we can go forward to have an interview face to face. I really like this method bc sometimes you go all the way to the company and you get disappointed with the circumstances.
