Once my resume was forwarded to the respective people, it took 1 week to get an interview and then 3 weeks to hear back. Interview took place at the old headquarters in Sunnyvale. I had a connection within the company that recommended me for one specific project site within ACT (so the hiring manager never met with me nor saw my resume - this interview was for one project site only and not the company as a whole). The interview was with a project manger and the account manager. It took 1.5 hours though they told me it normally only took 1 hour. I also gave a salary that was $2-3/hr over what they were hoping for.
