Probably one of the strangest interview experiences I've ever had. I was brought into a small windowless interview room with a panel of three people. They each took turns reading a total of 5 scenario based questions. There was no conversation, no rapport building, and they were shocked that I had questions for them. They just sat there in silence while I answered their five questions. The whole thing could have been run by AI or a single notetaker with a video recorder running. There was no humanity in it. It was bizarre, They don't understand the concept of prospective employees interviewing them to determine whether they are a fit as well. Very one sided for a permanent role. I'm glad I didn't get an offer because I was going to have to decline it based on the process.
