ACS Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interviewed in-person, then took interview on computer. They needed people so bad, they didn't care. Turn-over rate is very high. Hated the job. Management doesn't care about employees. Very rude superivors. They throw so much information at you and expect you to remember everything.
