Staffer called to schedule a phone interview. HR called next and asked standard questions and did not tell me anything about what they were looking for. I got the impression that the HR interviewer didn't have the job description with her and/or she was not in the office. Not a difficult phone screen, but it just seemed like maybe they were hoping to offer a low salary.
