Interview
You must be an experienced surfer and water sportsman. You must be fun and personable because you will be dealing with all types of people all day long who vary drastically. You have to be able to get along with others easily and be laid back. The interview process consists of the employer getting to know you on a personal level as well as a brief surf session to prove you are more that capable of teaching another individual.
