Interview
Initial phone interview, followed by Skype interview. The interviewer was located in a different office than where I am working so not very informative about the actual job, coworkers and work environment.

Question 1
What length of experience have you had working with children with Autism?
Very easy, generic questions via Zoom. Remote interview and typical questions about why you are applying, weaknesses / strengths, where you see yourself in 5 years, do you have any experiences working with children or autistic individuals, etc. etc. And then they will give you a tour of the company as well as some in person training with an instructor.
Interview was a breeze basically if u h e experience with special needs children and an I treat you get hired in the spot , questions were standard and got an offer same day

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ACES ABA (Hastings-on-Hudson, NY) in May 2022
Interview
The interview went really well. Better than I expected for my first interview. Felt very comfortable talking to them. It was done over zoom and was only me that was being interviewed which made it also feel a little bit easier.
